The article management section of the administration panel is the 'heart' of your website. Careful attention has been paid to this section to give you the ultimate in control over your content. Our article management sections include the following:
- Email alerts each time a new article is submitted to your site
- New article alerts on the main page of the administration panel
- Easily approve or delete incoming articles
- Easily edit articles in the system
- Easily search for articles to edit or delete
- Author articles with a built in WYSIWYG editor
- Save drafts of your original articles for editing later
Adding Articles to Your ASM Site
Adding articles to your ASM website can be done easily using one of three methods:
- A standard HTML form that allows you to copy and paste pre-formatted articles and add them to the database
- A WYSIWYG article authoring tool, complete with 'save as draft' feature for editing later
- A bulk article uploaded (see bulk uploader section)
Deactivating - Removing Articles
The ASM system allows you to find articles to deactivate or remove in several methods. You may find an article via its ID (shown in the URL) or via an article lister that allows you to resort your articles 5 different ways. Deactivating an article does not delete it from the database, it simply does not show on your website. Removing an article permanently removes it from the database.
Editing Articles On Your ASM Site
Our system allows you to edit any article in your article or updates database by entering the article ID (or browsing to find it). You may also edit an article using the built in WYSIWYG editor.
